Biographical film about the actor Horst Buchholz, who died in March 2003, reviewing his life in front of the camera of his son Christopher.
"My father was someone who didn't like to talk about himself. He also never wrote his memoirs - most stars have published several by the time they're his age. So I decided to interview him to get him talking, to get him to tell his story."
And so, from 2001 until his death in March 2004, several hours of conversations were created in which he opened up like never before. They are at the center of this documentary.
This film is a tragicomic journey into my father's world, taking me to people and places that were important and precious to my father."
